$55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, escalating problems as needed, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud systems. This is a full-time remote role, requiring strong communication and customer service skills, as well as problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
