Position Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Operations Manager who will oversee the planning, directing, and coordination of maintenance and repair activities for production machinery and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, maintain, and analyze equipment functionality.

o Pumps

o Piping Systems

o Air Compressors

o Boilers

o Heat Exchangers

o Gear Boxes

• Supervise the Maintenance Department staff directly.

• Execute supervisory duties in alignment with the organization's policies.

• Responsibilities encompass:

o Training and mentoring team members

o Planning, assigning, and overseeing tasks

o Evaluating employee performance

o Recognizing and addressing employee achievements and challenges

o Managing complaints and resolving issues

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years in a supervisory role
  • At least three years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and mobile carts.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Understanding of electrical concepts
  • Experience with manlifts, carry deck cranes, hydraulic cranes & come-alongs is a significant advantage.
