About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Natural Resources team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee and direct the work effort of assigned staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Provide technical assistance and supervision to project team members as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Develop and implement project quality control and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to project team members.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Botany, Biology, Zoology, Natural Resource Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in related field, with 7+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in natural resource management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Professional license in related field preferred.
