Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage staff workload and project assignments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist with long-range workload scheduling to optimize resource allocation.
- Provide client marketing and business development to identify new opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Facilitate public meetings and open houses to engage with stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Lead the development and review of final plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Direct and supervise the work of landscape staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication and project coordination with other project participants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor professional and technical staff to develop their skills and expertise.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university program.
- Current registration as a Professional Landscape Architect.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in landscape architecture and project management.
- Thorough knowledge and skills in CAD drafting and related software, including MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as SketchUp.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license, as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required.
