Automotive Valet Job Description

Herb Chambers Cadillac is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Valet to join our team. As an Automotive Valet, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and direct guests entering the Service Drive, promoting a smooth and efficient vehicle flow.
  • Parking and Organization: Assist with parking and organizing guest and dealership vehicles, maintaining a clean and orderly lot.
  • Shuttle Services: Utilize a shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested.
  • Support Services: Assist the Service and Sales Departments with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Teamwork: Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to speak proper grammar.
  • Customer Service: Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekend availability and be able to work during all weather conditions.
