Center Assistant

Community Partnership for Child Development is seeking a qualified Center Assistant to join our team. As a Center Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our classrooms and centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily routine operations and administrative duties in classrooms and assigned centers.
- Support classroom coverage for breaks and absences as needed.
- Collaborate with staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Experience working with groups of children up to age 5, preferably in an educational setting.
- CDA or Early Childhood Professional Level II credential through the State of Colorado's Professional Development Information System (PDIS), or plan to obtain within two years of hire.
- Ability to work with multiple staff members in one setting.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must obtain and maintain adult/infant CPR and first aid certification within 90-days of employment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, TB test, drug test (including marijuana), and background check in accordance with the Office of Head Start Performance Standards and Childcare Licensing.
