Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse (PICU RN) to join our team for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Newark, New Jersey. As a PICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill pediatric patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify priorities, and intervene as necessary to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide compassionate care and support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- At least 2 years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care or a related specialty
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team
