Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences. You will work closely with the agent to develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.

What We Look For

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with prior sales experience, preferably in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong listening abilities. Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals is essential.

Responsibilities
  • You will use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
  • You will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
