Job Title: Feedway Operator

Join the Campbell Soup Company team as a Feedway Operator and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of product in the Fastback to prevent cross-contamination and ensure quality product delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with Processing & Packaging team members to optimize production efficiency.
  • Perform moisture testing and ensure scales function properly, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Complete documentation as required, including Seasoning Checks and Feedway and Weigher Startup Checklist.
  • Maintain a clean work area and lead the disassembly, cleanup, and reassembly of scales, Fastbacks, and other equipment during product changes.
  • Provide backup support for other positions as needed and assist with temporary employee coordination.
  • Recommend improvements to maintain a continuous improvement culture and protect team members and company safety and security.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
