Job Overview

Extended Family Home Care is seeking a dedicated Live-In Caregiver who is passionate about providing exceptional support to clients in their own homes. This role includes food and accommodation at the client's residence.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique ability to connect with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Responsibilities include managing appointments, preparing meals, and engaging in meaningful activities, such as taking walks in the garden. The caregiver will provide personalized assistance tailored to each client's needs, much like a family member would.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily tasks, including errands, light cleaning, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Provide personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and incontinence care.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors and their families.
  • Ensure medication reminders and maintain clear communication through daily documentation of client health and activities.
Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have prior experience in caregiving roles, such as CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Assistant.
