Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Associate II to join our team at Turning Point Community Programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members in identifying and progressing toward achievement of their goals, promoting empowerment and independence.
  • Provide vocational support and facilitate communication among agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement activities, programming, and groups that cater to the diverse needs of our members.
  • Participate in client medication outreach, coordinating communication between healthcare providers and clients.
  • Educate community members and other agencies about our services and programs.
  • Transport members to appointments and activities, as well as conduct field visits and medication outreach.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of our members.
  • Manage client records and documentation, adhering to program standards and regulations.
  • Assist members in accessing and maintaining suitable housing, promoting stability and independence.
