Job Opportunity: Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary: Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs and support educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide effective support and services.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to improve communication skills and address specific needs.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to educational plans to ensure student success.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology and best practices in the field.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education laws.
  • Experience with developing and implementing therapy plans and progress monitoring.
