We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our culinary team at Millpond Gatherings. Our restaurant is a two-floor establishment with a Steakhouse upstairs and casual dining in the Tavern downstairs, as well as an Event Venue.

The ideal candidate will have experience in butchering cattle and swine from head to tail, and will be able to prepare and cut meats from larger portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts. They will also be responsible for seasoning, smoking, or marinating meat, and preparing sausages and other smallgoods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cut meats to exacting standards
  • Season, smoke, or marinate meat to enhance flavor and texture
  • Prepare sausages and other smallgoods for service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
