The role of the bartender is essential in fostering a lively, enjoyable, and vibrant bar atmosphere by consistently providing an outstanding Kona Grill experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Skillfully prepare and serve beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Exhibit teamwork, effective time management, multitasking abilities, and comprehensive menu knowledge.
• This position may also involve serving tables within the designated bar area.

• 1-2 years of prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced full-service dining establishment.
• Must comply with state minimum age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining environment is preferred.
• Ability to engage with the public and colleagues in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Responsible for managing a cash drawer and maintaining it throughout the shift.
• Capable of transporting and carrying items such as glass racks and ice bins weighing up to 50 lbs. multiple times during the shift.
• Ability to stand and maintain mobility for periods of up to 8 hours.
• Effective communication skills, including proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
