Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic - Fuel Efficiency Specialist to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues, assisting customers with roadside services, and providing preventative maintenance services.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

About the Role

  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
  • Assist customers with roadside services, ensuring their safety and satisfaction
  • Provide preventative maintenance services, including inspections and repairs
  • Work in close quarters, lifting 75+ pounds, and working in various temperatures
  • Alternating day and night shifts as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
