Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $200,000-$250,000, depending on location and experience. This includes a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Description:
This Associate Dentist role involves providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. You will work collaboratively within a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, while participating in community engagements and continuous professional development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality dental care to children aged 3-21 and some adults.
- Supporting the company's mission to promote access to affordable dental services.
- Collaborating with your team to deliver excellent patient experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
