About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DAVITA, providing high-quality care to patients in a hospital setting. As a Nephrology Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering dialysis services to patients with end-stage renal disease, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dialysis services to patients in a hospital setting, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment protocols as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including physicians, dietitians, and social workers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
