The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or business, a solid history of fostering enduring advisory relationships, and outstanding communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and deliver financial guidance and strategies tailored to client risk tolerance and financial goals.
  • Collect and analyze each client's financial data to assess their financial standing, cash flow, objectives, and expectations.
  • Personalize financial plans for clients considering potential life transitions and evolving financial requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service to current clients; maintain detailed records of communications, strategies, and advice provided.
  • Continuously seek and engage new prospects, establishing robust relationships as a trusted financial advisor.
  • Assist clients in implementing financial recommendations, including insurance, savings programs, mutual funds, and other financial instruments.

Required Qualifications

  • A genuine eagerness to enhance your knowledge and impact as a Financial Services Professional with The Pelora Group.
  • Demonstrated success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or consultant is essential.
  • Strong mathematical, relational, communication, and customer service skills are vital.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with software tools including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning applications is preferred.
  • Understanding of the financial sector, financial products, industry best practices, and tax regulations is advantageous.
