Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Hire and manage a team of Physical Therapists, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to provide exceptional care.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with our Marketing team to promote the clinic and increase patient referrals, maintaining relationships with key physicians and attending marketing events.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Oversee scheduling, treatments, and productivity to ensure a positive patient experience, manage the clinic budget, and make financial decisions to support the clinic's overall health.
  • Compliance: Ensure the clinic complies with all state and federal healthcare regulations, staying up-to-date on changing laws and policies.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting a safe and positive working environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in physical therapy, with a track record of exceptional patient care.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to ongoing education and training.
