Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Reception Specialist, you will:

  1. Welcome patients warmly and manage the check-in process in accordance with established protocols.
  2. Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Perform administrative tasks to facilitate a seamless patient visit, including processing payments and maintaining an organized front office.
  4. Ensure all patient documentation is scanned and financial transactions are balanced by the end of each day.
  5. Participate in required training sessions, both in-person and online.
  6. Adhere to all relevant standards, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
  7. Strive to meet or exceed established service benchmarks.
  8. Maintain punctuality and regular attendance as a fundamental aspect of your role.
  9. Follow management directives and work collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Preferred: Current CPR certification, 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or office setting, bilingual abilities, and familiarity with EMR systems.
