Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Reception Specialist, you will:
- Welcome patients warmly and manage the check-in process in accordance with established protocols.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks to facilitate a seamless patient visit, including processing payments and maintaining an organized front office.
- Ensure all patient documentation is scanned and financial transactions are balanced by the end of each day.
- Participate in required training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Adhere to all relevant standards, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
- Strive to meet or exceed established service benchmarks.
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance as a fundamental aspect of your role.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Preferred: Current CPR certification, 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or office setting, bilingual abilities, and familiarity with EMR systems.
