Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiving Professional to join our team at Caring Transitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and support during relocation and downsizing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized support to clients and their families during relocation and downsizing
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Sort, organize, and pack items for relocation or disposal
  • Use technology to create, photograph, and describe items for resale
  • Assist buyers during on-site pickups and sales
Requirements
  • Compassion and respect for clients and their families
  • Strong verbal communication skills and English fluency
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Punctual and attentive to detail
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling and project duties

We Offer: Starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour, paid training, company-supplied uniform shirts, bi-weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Work Environment

The Team Member position is part-time on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours. Flexible schedules with part-to-full time hours will be available, making it ideal for individuals who require a flexible work arrangement.
