Staff Pharmacist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose and modeling our values. You will be responsible for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with Heart: Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Motivate and Develop Team Members: Balance assignments to maximize strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
  • Implement Solutions: Lead your team to achieve specified goals and adapt to change
  • Seek Growth and Collaboration: Align others around purpose, contribute to a team culture, and apply acquired knowledge to drive healthy outcomes
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
