Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bay Square at Yarmouth, an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
  • Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community, with memory care experience preferred
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our team
