Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a primary care setting
- Collaborate with a support team of medical assistants, registered nurses, and licensed vocational nurses
- Manage a moderate patient load with a focus on preventive care and disease management
- California Medical License
- Active DEA License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine
- Experience in Palliative Care, Geriatrics, or Primary Care
