This Construction Manager position requires someone with ten years of experience in construction management, preferably in roles such as Construction Manager, Site Superintendent, or similar positions. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and coordinating site operations according to project plans and contract documents
• Collaborating effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Documenting daily site activities accurately and efficiently using Construction Management Software
• Verifying the quality of building materials before installation
Compensation Package:
The annual salary for this role is $130,000, with eligibility for the team bonus structure.
