As a Nurse Practitioner at CVS Health, you will be empowered to provide holistic patient care, working closely with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform administrative duties, such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up.
- Be responsible for handling patient appointments, performing routine examinations, and ensuring positive patient health outcomes.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness programs.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Ability to speak and write in additional languages, such as Spanish, depending on the market.
