Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain compliance with all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for both staff and guests.
  2. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock International for their entertainment needs, while mentoring team members to deliver exceptional service.
  3. Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, ensuring all systems are operational.
  4. Conduct routine inspections of rooftops and other elevated areas, safely utilizing ladders.
  5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  6. Assist in event setups and breakdowns, managing furniture and equipment as required.
  7. Utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System to log service requests and document daily activities, prioritizing work orders effectively.
  8. Manage inventory levels and procure necessary parts and materials.
  9. Conduct inspections and drills, maintaining accurate technical logs and records.
  10. Perform carpentry tasks including the installation and repair of doors, furniture, and partitions.
  11. Prepare surfaces for painting and execute painting tasks as needed.
  12. Carry out skilled repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC-R, and kitchen systems.
  13. Engage in basic operations and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems.
  14. Understand the operations of Emergency Generators and perform essential functions during power transitions.
  15. Complete additional tasks as assigned, adhering to all relevant operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of three years of relevant maintenance experience. A comprehensive understanding of maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques is essential.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by regulatory authorities.
  • Possession of HVAC-R, Electrical, Plumbing, or Commercial Kitchen Equipment certifications is required.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings is mandatory.
  • Applicants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Flexibility to work on holidays, weekends, and varying shifts is essential.
  • Valid driver's license is required for those operating company vehicles.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as safety protocols for hazardous materials.
  • Certification in HVAC is preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Abilities:

  • Adaptability to varying work schedules and shifts.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to operate aerial lifts and light motorized equipment.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Exceptional guest service skills are a must.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting safety rules and maintenance manuals.
