About the Role

Premier Martial Arts of Austell seeks a dynamic instructor to lead our martial arts classes and contribute to the growth of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality instruction in 5-7 daily classes, promoting physical fitness and self-improvement
  • BUILD strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Evaluate student progress through curriculum testing and provide personalized feedback
  • Promote our programs through effective marketing strategies
  • Coordinate events, such as birthday parties and parent's night out
Requirements
  • Martial arts experience required; black belt certification a plus
  • Excellent organizational and self-motivation skills
  • A service-oriented mentality and passion for teaching
