Job Summary

Everglades Equipment Group is a leading provider of agricultural, lawn maintenance, and construction equipment in South and Central Florida. We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Technician to join our service department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues. A valid Florida Driver's License is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain a wide range of equipment, including tractors, mowers, and generators
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of mechanic experience
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Experience working on equipment in the agricultural or construction industries
  • Certification in automotive air-conditioning
  • Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
  • Strong communication skills
