We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at Mount Airy South Street KinderCare. This individual will be responsible for implementing our research-backed curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.

As an Early Childhood Education Professional, you will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will also partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively. They must also possess CPR and First Aid Certification or be willing to obtain it.

In addition, the successful candidate will meet state specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them. Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential is also a plus, or they must be willing to obtain it.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
