Clinical Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Staff Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to anticipate and plan to meet patient and family needs.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify subtle changes in clinical situations and evaluate the need for alterations to the plan of care.
- Prioritize and organize patient care to ensure follow-through with planned care.
- Apply current literature and research findings to make sound clinical decisions.
- Develop and maintain a therapeutic nurse/patient relationship throughout the healthcare continuum.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent, BSN preferred.
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in Critical Care nursing, RN's new to the specialty will have a minimum of one year clinical nursing experience.
- Current California Nursing license.
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing preferred.
- Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish).
