Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the operations and activities of the Environmental Services Department, ensuring compliance with State, Local, Federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes, initiating change and improvements, and making suggestions to management.
- Demonstrate knowledge and ensure compliance with all current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within all food and nutritional services areas.
- Coordinate the effective operation of all Environmental Services activities in the organization, providing for an aseptic and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Minimum of three years experience in food services or hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital and health care operations preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital and health care financial metrics preferred.
