We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriateness of care and smooth transitions across the continuum
- Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care
- Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma in Nursing
- At least 1 year of RN experience or meets experience requirements upon hire
- BSN degree
- Previous specialty experience
