Job Overview
Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled RN - OB Acute to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Job
This 0.9 FTE, Full-time position is on a Night shift, offering a $46.66-$67.25 base pay range with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have strong communication and critical thinking skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct patient care and implementing individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a Graduation from an accredited nursing program and hold an Oregon Registered Nurse License. Upon hire, National Provider BLS - American Heart Association and National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certifications are required within 90 days. A minimum of 1 year Nursing experience is also necessary.
