Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Configuration Specialist to join our team at EBIZ Technology LLC DBA Traction Consulting Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the Odoo ERP system, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.

In this role, you will work closely with users to assess feasibility and reflect requested workflow requirements. You will also communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure business process requirements are fully translated into system functionality. Additionally, you will support the implementation of the ERP solution from requirement collection and mapping, solution architecture, supporting technical development and configuration to testing and Go-Live full solution adoption. A strong understanding of business processes and requirements is essential for success in this position.

This is a remote opportunity, but regular/daily Teams meetings are required. If you have at least 2 years of proven experience in Odoo implementation and customization, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with users to assess feasibility and reflect requested workflow requirements.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure business process requirements are fully translated into system functionality.
  • Support the implementation of the ERP solution from requirement collection and mapping, solution architecture, supporting technical development and configuration to testing and Go-Live full solution adoption.
  • Define and enforce data policies and controls to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
  • Develop training material and conduct training sessions with users on the introduction of new functionalities or when the need for training arises.
