Job Description

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Operations Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on position that requires strong troubleshooting skills, industry best practices, and the ability to mentor technical team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system and network performance
  • Troubleshoot systems/network issues, identify/analyze root cause, and implement corrective actions
  • Administer Windows Active Directory, Windows Group Policies, and Certificate Services
  • Administer Azure Active Directory services
  • Administer Intune Mobile Device Management
  • Citrix and remote access
  • Manage Multi-factor authentication, Single-Sign-On and Smart Card (PIV) Sign-On services
  • Manage PIV card certificate and credential mapping and enforce PIV card authentication for all staff
  • Manage Network Attached Storage (NAS) and network shares
  • Create and maintain system documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate
  • Participate in Business Continuation/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing, including network performance, security, anti-virus, design, and acquisition of infrastructure hardware
  • Perform maintenance actions including system back-ups and validation, manage base image and restore points, file restoration processes, event log reviews, vulnerability mitigation and compliance
  • Create and document all actions, practices, procedures, and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or closely related field
  • Min eight (8) years of IT experience
  • Two of the following IT certifications: CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+ Certification, CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • MCSA: Windows 10
  • MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure certification
  • Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
  • Active Security Clearance
