Role Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nurse Aide, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to care plan directives and delivering direct patient care.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitoring resident needs and promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Collaborating with the nursing team to accurately record vital signs and maintain documentation of activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Upholding infection control standards and ensuring a clean, safe environment for all residents.
  • Responding to resident requests and regularly assessing their needs to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Certification as a nursing aide in accordance with state regulations.
