Job Description

Impact Kids is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish Language Instructor to join our team. As a Spanish Language Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Spanish language instruction to students aged 4-18.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement daily Spanish language instruction to students with varying ability levels.
  • Provide one-on-one and group lessons to cater to individual students' needs.
  • Teach fundamental Spanish language skills to promote language proficiency.
  • Supervise groups of students, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Organize and prepare daily lesson plans in a creative and engaging manner.
  • Use effective classroom management skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists to achieve daily responsibilities.
  • Model positive behavior and adhere to Impact Kids' Code of Conduct.
  • Exhibit Impact Kids' Core Values at all times.
Requirements
  • Spanish instructor/teaching experience (1-5 years minimum) required.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
Working Conditions

Ability to travel and respond to emergency situations. Good physical condition required to execute all responsibilities associated with this position.
