Job Description

PPC Flex is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire AP cycle, from invoice receipt to payment.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and settle problems associated with invoice processing.
  • Reconcile accounts and vendor statements by identifying errors or omissions.
  • Code invoices and vouchers accurately to ensure proper entry into the financial system.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Proficient to advanced with MS Excel.
  • ERP software experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations.

Schedule and Location

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with possible overtime hours. Located in Pewaukee, WI.

Estimated Salary

$75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
