Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves and shelf tag moldings
  • Stock merchandise from tag to tag, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing shrink
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, inventory management, and sales techniques
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and customer needs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely around the store
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
