Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at our Crestview, FL location. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing superior clinical care, educating patients on oral health, and collaborating with our dentists to develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional patient care, acting medically and ethically in the best interest of our patients
• Record and review patient medical histories
• Educate patients on the importance of preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the dentist to develop treatment plans

Qualifications
• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Board of Dentistry with no negative actions
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability and willingness to create a positive, supportive environment for patients and team members
