Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a current North Carolina license and at least two years of recent experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in patient education and support
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Current North Carolina license as a CNA
  • At least two years of recent experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
  • 2 current clinical references
  • Physical and TB records
  • Current Tdap/Flu vaccinations and titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
