Role Summary:
The Security Operations Supervisor oversees the activities of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to various locations. This role ensures adherence to established protocols, completion of required rounds, and timely submission of reports. In emergencies, the supervisor will notify the appropriate authorities and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor Security Officers and staff.
- Review and clarify post orders and assignment details with team members.
- Assist in payroll and personnel documentation as required.
- Collaborate with management to ensure sufficient coverage across all posts.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports.
- Conduct scheduled inspections and meet with team members to discuss tasks and responsibilities.
- Perform supervisory duties in line with company policies, which may include interviewing, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and addressing employee concerns.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Familiarity with security operations, particularly in patrol, inspection, and response.
- Proficient in standard computer and technology applications.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least one year of military, law enforcement, or security experience.
- Supervisory experience of one year or more.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and diverse groups.
All candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation.
