Job Title: Registered Nurse - CRRT

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Nemours Foundation as a Registered Nurse - CRRT. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in Critical Care and Renal Replacement Therapy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, managing the CRRT device, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily, direct care and management of the CRRT device in all critical care practice areas
  • Perform venipunctures and access central venous access devices/ports
  • Provide onsite clinical resourcing support for clinical nurses in all practice areas
  • Participate in annual educational competency training for the multidisciplinary CRRT team
  • Responsible to provide additional extracorporeal therapies, such as apheresis and/or ECMO when the CRRT census is zero and/or therapies are performed in tandem
Requirements
  • BSN required
  • Minimum 1-year critical care experience required
  • Nursing license in the state of Delaware or a compound state that encompasses Delaware
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in pediatric and/or critical care nursing preferred
  • Pediatric critical care and/or extracorporeal experience preferred
