Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring adherence to all payroll laws and regulations.
  • Oversee time and attendance tracking.
  • Address inquiries, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Collaborate with employees and supervisors to maintain a flawless payroll system.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits inquiries, providing clear information on options and eligibility.
  • Complete all new hire I-9 documentation and manage I-9 files.
  • Reconcile invoices for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
  • Handle unemployment verifications and discrepancies.
  • Review monthly commission and bonus submissions for compliance with eligibility criteria, processing payments as necessary.
  • Calculate and communicate sales commissions to representatives.
  • Contribute to team objectives by completing related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent 10-key typing skills and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
