- Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary disorders, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment.
- Collect and analyze sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Measure lung capacity to identify impairments and develop targeted interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong understanding of respiratory health principles and practices.
