Join Our Care Team

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Client Aide to join our team at Lilly's Place. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

About the Role

The Client Aide is responsible for monitoring residents, checking in and discharging clients, and evaluating and reporting on their condition to the Program Manager and Case Manager. You will also assist staff in completing documentation and tracking resident progress upon discharge and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Residents: General monitoring of clients to ensure that a safe, quiet, and friendly atmosphere is maintained.
  • Assist with Documentation: Assist staff in completing documentation and tracking resident progress upon discharge and follow-ups.
  • Explain Rules and Procedures: Clearly explain rules and procedures to all clients, ensuring they understand expectations.
  • Complete Intakes and Record-Keeping: Complete intakes as needed, enter and update HMIS data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Follow all Lilly's Place and TSA policies and procedures, including CPR/First Aid Certification.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or 60 units minimum required.
  • Licensure: Valid Class C California Driver's License.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid Certification, ability to obtain annual TB test.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
