Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Eastern Iowa Rehabilitation Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
