  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet customer requirements.
    • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience in lean culture development and lean tool implementation.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
