Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at StarPlus Energy LLC. As a member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous operation of our facility's equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure equipment, including steam boilers, hot water generators, chillers, and air handling units.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heavy industrial and infrastructure machinery.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
  • Accurately document work activities on applicable work orders.
  • Trend, collect, and analyze facilities equipment performance data.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system troubleshooting and repair.
  • Experience with maintaining and operating rotating equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with equipment controls and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • EPA Universal Certification for Refrigerant Handling.
  • NAPE Certification for boiler operations or equivalent certification/experience.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and around potential exposure to dust and chemicals.
  • Ability to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as deemed essential for the job function.
